The market in the Uptown area of Holiday is strong for resales, but the builder sales are sluggish.  Uptown is a unique project and really attracts a certain kind of buyer.  Uptown has a more urban feel than the rest of the Holiday project and is a fairly dense project.  I think it is a high quality project, substantial in its design and the location is superb. 

The median price for 1st quarter sales reached $732,500, compared to $675,000 in the 1st quarter of 2016.  

I think the trend in Uptown is to continue to see prices increase but at a slower pace than the rest of the Holiday neighborhood.  

The market in Uptown continues to favor sellers because of the low inventory.  Days on market are a lot higher in Uptown than the rest of the Holiday neighborhood, but they are getting list price.  

Uptown has such a great location next to the NoBo shops, right on the Broadway corridor, and so close to open space and trails, that I think the market in the project will continue to be strong this year.
