The Holiday Neighborhood market continues to be very strong.  While sales were low during the first quarter compared to 2016, the two sales that did occur went for over list price.  There were 2 sales during the first quarter of 2017 compared to 9 sales in 2016.  Inventories were higher in late 2015 and into the early part of 2016, so more sales occurred in early 2016.  

When properties hit the market in Holiday the trend has been multiple offers and sales prices over list prices.  

The Holiday market is a strong sellers market, and as long as inventories stay low it will continue a strong sellers market.  

Demand for housing in North Boulder and throughout the City of Boulder will be strong in 2017.  The strong job market will create more buyers and with low inventories, prices will continue to climb.
